Our Total Wine & More team has been participating in the annual PNV auction since 2013 where we are able to bid on unique and rare wines to offer our customers. We are excited to share that this year we secured 37 lots and over 3,400 units from top producers in the Napa region. These limited quantity wines are an expression of the quality and passion that is poured in from grape to glass for wine lovers alike and are made solely for Premier Napa Valley distribution. Last week our ???????? ???????????????? ???????????????? ?????????? (??????) hosted a celebration focused on bringing together voices and perspectives that honor Black innovators.?? This was a true community effort that paired engaging product tastings featuring Black-owned producers, an interactive tour through history of black innovators and entrepreneurs, and a space to foster learning, connection, and appreciation. In honor of ?????????? ?????? ????????, our Store Support Center celebrated the arrival of Spring and the beginning of the New Year on the lunisolar calendar. Team members spent the afternoon engaging and exploring cultural activities such as Chinese character writing, traditional paper folding, a Lion Dance Troup, red envelopes with good fortune, Chinese cuisine, and more! “Our AANHPI Employee Resource Group is dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees. Every year, a handful of selected Store Managers play an impactful role in the ???????????????????? ?????? ???????????????? ???? ?????? ???????????????????? ??????????. Throughout the year, our Training Center Managers host 2-week immersive training sessions called ???????????????????? ???? ???????????????? for our leaders across the enterprise during their onboarding process. The Management in Training program focuses on product education, company culture and engagement, career professionalism, and business operations. Our ???????????????? ???????????? ???????????????? are ready and equipped to tackle the new year, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of them championing this responsibility. Thank you to all the collaboration of multiple teams across the organization to make this program possible.
