We host company 'lunch and learns' and provide consultations to decision-makers who want to use the most efficient methods to bring fitness to the workplace. T.H.E. provides Fitness Amenity Project Management services to help with the purchasing, creation, improvement, and installation of an indoor or outdoor fitness space. We are also the proud sponsor of T.H.E. Veterans Day 5K annual fun run in support of Toys for Tots.
