By allowing property owners to act as lenders, this strategy offers buyers below-market rates while ensuring a steady cash flow post-sale. With CRE debt unlikely to ease soon, seller financing is expected to remain a key tool in deal structuring throughout 2025. “Seller financing is not a new idea. For the eighth consecutive year, Torose CFO Ari Sasson led a team of runners, including Torose Director of Acquisitions Aaron Kay, in the Miami Marathon. The team represented Jewish Community Services of South Florida and The Blue Card, Inc to raise funds for Holocaust survivors in need. The funds raised will provide essential goods and services to over 480 survivors assisted by JCS. This year's run also carried additional meaning, showing solidarity with the hostages abducted by Hamas on October 7th, 2023 in Israel. There's still time to support this important cause.
