March 6, 2025 marked another milestone moment for Monmouth as we celebrated the final beam placement for the future home of the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music. Scheduled to open in 2026, this donor-funded $48 million, 30,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly building will ensure the rich history of American music is accessible to students, fans, and researchers worldwide. University and the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music leadership joined partners from Torcon, and COOKFOX Architects, to mark the occasion, with a small group of attendees signing the beam before it was put in place. Today, Inspira Health proudly celebrated a significant milestone in the expansion of Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill. The ceremonial topping off included a beam signing and inspiring remarks from Inspira leadership, marking the progress of the new 168,000-square-foot addition to the campus. Today was a great day in Cooper University Health Care and Camden history as we broke ground on the first phase of our $3 billion expansion project in Camden. When complete, Cooper’s “Project Imagine” will mark the largest building investment in Camden County's history. George Norcross III, chairman of Cooper University Health Care’s Board of Trustees, and Cooper Co-CEOS Kevin O’Dowd, JD, and Anthony J. Mazzarelli, MD, JD, MBE, were joined at the groundbreaking ceremony by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and former Governors Chris Christie, Jon Corzine, James McGreevey, and Tom Kean, and a special appearance by television icon, South Jersey native, and long-time Cooper supporter Kelly Ripa, underscoring the project's significance to the state and region.
