Last year, we increased shopper identification rates by an average of 42.4% across our enterprise retailer customer base. ?? Last week, Google deprecated third-party cookies for 1% of Chrome users, with the other 99% planned later this year. Because cookies are the most cost-effective way to reach new customers, this is bad news for retailers… who don’t have first-party identification strategies in place. ??
