Artist Topher Straus is a Colorado born, New York trained fine artist, known for his raw playfulness and imaginative concepts. His radical color combinations rekindle the wonder and bliss within all of us. Topher's work is featured in numerous art galleries and he sells internationally. His work creates a surreal feeling of a moment, to do so he uses a fine blend of photography and digital painting to achieve vibrant artwork that is uplifting in any setting. Topher’s passions are evident in his art. His love for, and views of, the environment—both natural and manmade—spur him to create art that goes beyond the standard boundaries and conventions of his subjects and medium. Topher’s approach is best described as an abstract representation of reality, layered with radical color combinations. His art creates the feel of a moment; to achieve this effect, he uses a combination of photography and digital painting.
