The Director is an entrepreneurial, systems-thinking leader, who integrates and connects strategy, funding and initiative opportunities in support of the Foundation’s goals. The Director interacts closely with the Director of Philanthropy to support donor engagement and plays a primary role in branding TCF as a driving force in the community’s philanthropic culture.
