Based in Orlando, FL, since 2002 we've been working with clients larger and small as members of our "pack" to help them grow and be successful. "Wag more, bark less." We perform "tricks" such as: * Create custom leadership development programs * Deliver training either face-to-face, or via webinar/virtual classroom * Measure the impact of your current (or custom) learning efforts * Coach leaders and executives on being more effective and inclusive * Provide leadership develop for the LGBTQ+ population * Create custom online learning solutions (self-paced, learning support videos) * Focus on educating client-partners on understanding "unconscious bias" * Try and make the world just a little bit better

The other day while on a Teams [online video] call and one of my co-workers (who’s a bit older than me) couldn’t share their screen, I said to them, “Come on, Boomer!” and could see the embarrassment on her face. I know that wasn’t a really cool thing to say but what can I do now? How could I have avoided saying that? ~ Embarrassed Employee My 2¢ : A recent study shows that 26% of Americans face microaggressions at work, and 36% have seen them happening. Tackling these issues is key to keeping positive work relationships. If you slip up and say something insensitive, just apologize. Here are seven tips to help prevent future microaggressions: know your biases, interact with diverse people, don't get defensive, embrace discomfort as part of learning, talk about biases openly, show humility and empathy, and be an ally.
