It’s normal to have some mild side effects after getting the COVID-19 vaccine, but don’t worry—they’re usually short-lived and a sign that your body is building protection. You might experience things like soreness at the injection site, mild fever, or fatigue. These side effects typically last a day or two and are much less severe than the potential effects of COVID-19 itself. If any side effects last longer than expected or feel concerning, it’s always a good idea to ask your doctor for advice. Stay informed, and know that these temporary symptoms are just part of your body’s immune response! #LiveAndLiveWell #VaccineSideEffects #COVID19Vaccine #StayHealthy #SeniorHealth

The COVID-19 vaccine is an essential tool in protecting yourself and those around you. It significantly reduces your risk of severe illness or death if you contract the virus, which is especially important for seniors and those with underlying health conditions. Additionally, vaccination helps slow the spread of COVID-19, making it harder for the virus to reach others. When more people are vaccinated, the chances of the virus mutating into more severe or contagious strains are also lowered. Do your part and protect our community! ?? #LiveAndLiveWell #GetVaccinated #COVID19Prevention #CommunityHealth #SeniorWellness
