    4 questions every fundraiser must ask! If you know the answer, you’ll get the treasure! ?????? Ever feel like a slave to chasing donations, pursuing donors, and racing to reach the goal? Well…if we ask ourselves these 4 questions, we can truly be free… …and the donations will simply keep flowing! These are the FOUR most important questions every fundraiser should be asking themselves this Pesach ???????? 1. Who has donated to us so far? 2. What made them donate to our cause? 3. How many became consistent donors? And how many donated only once then stopped? 4. Why didn't they continue to donate to us? Did you know… Over 80 percent of organizations don't analyze their lists and miss out on developing long-term relationships with donors. This fact doesn’t sit right with me. Because bringing in a new donor costs 10 times MORE than maintaining an existing donor! Organizations invest a fortune in advertising for every campaign, gain hundreds or thousands of donors, and a minute after they reach the desired goal, they forget about all these new donors… And then… just before the next campaign… it all starts over from scratch! And what happens? The number of donors decreases… Donation amounts plummet… Busy surviving, unable to think about long-term goals, the organization falls into financial difficulties and is forced to cut back on activities and, God forbid, even close down ?? ?? What will a wise person do? Ask, learn, and draw lessons. ?? What does a wicked person think? That the donor is a credit card, gave his donation and finished his role. ?? What will happen with the “simple" one? He will complain about not having money and will cut back on the activities of the organization. ?? And the one who does not know to ask? If until now you didn't know what to ask, now there are no more excuses! How can we effectively analyze lists of thousands and keep in touch with donors to ensure they keep giving, boost donation amounts, and even bring along their friends? ??
