The dry ice blasting system we have developed makes the removal of support structures from additively manufactured components much more efficient and precise. Previously, this was a time-consuming manual process. Thanks to our new technology, supports can now be removed safely and without damage - reducing the processing time by up to 80%. It was a pleasure to actively participate in the Automation Days of toolcraft AG in Georgensgmünd. In a comprehensive presentation, Nico Geis introduced the audience to the concept of our digital #SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) demo factory and showed the potential to change industrial production through #automation and #digitalization. ? The discussion highlighted the benefits of automation in #3Dprinting, including less manual work, consistent quality and higher cost efficiency. By integrating automated material handling, post-processing and quality control, our SLS demo factory enables a fully continuous, #scalable production line. The digital #infrastructure also supports real-time monitoring, setting new standards in industrial additive manufacturing. ?
