Sessions are team-oriented, competitive, fun, and supportive, guaranteeing optimal fitness results. Whether you’re an elite athlete, or just want to train like one, Tone House’s goal is to bring sports conditioning workouts to the mainstream and help individuals improve their mental and physical health and become better overall athletes and people. Our goal is to implement the movement training philosophy, proprietary equipment, and progressively challenging workouts normally geared towards the professional arena, and bring it to the mainstream in a small group setting. Combined with our certified, athletic-based coaches, Tone House seeks to create a competitive, yet motivating and encouraging team environment to ensure optimal results are reached effectively and efficiently. We challenge our clients to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, as it is only in this process that one will experience significant physical and mental breakthroughs leading to a sound body, mind, and life.
