Key Responsibilities: ??Manage bidding processes for property improvements and maintenance ??Provide input in contractor selection and develop contract specifications ??Supervise recurring service contractors and monitor performance ??Perform?regular site visits?to assess property and contractor work ??Handle service requests, budget planning, and financial monitoring for associations ??Prepare and manage?monthly action items, newsletters, and board packets ??Attend board meetings and assist with sales calls as needed ??Act as a liaison between the Board, homeowners, and vendors Qualifications & Requirements: ??Minimum 3+ years experience?in HOA management preferred ??Active?Georgia Real Estate License?(or must obtain) ??Strong budgeting, project management, and conflict resolution skills ??Excellent communication and customer service abilities ??Proficiency in?Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher ??Must pass a?background check and drug test ??Ability to work flexible hours as required Why Join Us? ?
