We are so pleased to be able to publicly share our clinical trial outcomes - our group-based, non-drug, virtual Moving Together program has been proven to increase quality of life and reduce falls for people with dementia, and reduce stress for caregivers!
Together is excited to share that the results from our Moving TogetherTM clinical trial have been published in Alzheimer's & Dementia: Translational Research & Clinical Interventions, a journal of the Alzheimer's Association. https://lnkd.in/gWKjpJ5U Moving TogetherTM is the first virtual therapeutic program that combines gentle movement, mindful body awareness, music, and social interaction, and is tailored specifically for the way that people with cognitive decline can continue to learn and engage. It is a fun, evidence-based program that people with dementia and caregivers can do together from the comfort of home. Our clinical trial demonstrated that Moving TogetherTM improves quality of life and reduces falls for people with dementia and reduces stress for caregivers. These robust research results provide scientific evidence to support what our participants have been telling us for years–that Moving Together helps them feel better physically, socially, and emotionally.?
