Los Angeles based Chef and Founder, Jocelyn Ramirez, created Todo Verde's seasoning line to celebrate Mexico’s most beloved regional flavors -- Al Pastor, Carnitas, y Tinga. No more generic options like “spicy” or “mild” when it comes to Mexican seasoning. We want our community to see the traditional flavors we know and love reflected in grocery store aisles. Our premium seasoning offers 2X the ingredients than other seasoning blends and combines all the umami-rich high-quality spices including black garlic, mushroom powder, nutritional yeast, miso, tangerine oil and more adding double the flavor than anything else in your pantry!

I WON!! ???? I just wrapped up my time at the Specialty Food Association’s Fancy Food Show and am so grateful to be the Fancy Face-Off pitch competition winner! The judges loved Todo Verde’s Tinga seasoning and I poured my heart into those 3 short minutes. Here I am ugly crying with a smile on my face. Huge shout out to my competitors who are the sweetest humans: Eric Ji Sun Wu, Mariah Hilton Wood, Eric M. R. And the judges who thought Tinga was the perfect flavor to take home the win ?? This wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible inclusive work of Victoria Ho and the (included) team along with Bill Lynch, CEM and the entire SFA team for creating a special space to showcase BIPOC founded brands at the show.
