Tobins Lake Studios Inc, was incorporated in 1952 as a theatrical production company. As it provided scenery and lighting for theatre and trade show events in the 40s and 50s an inventory of scenic backdrops was created, and we are still continuing the development of new scenic theatrical backdrops for today's theater plays. Scenic Backdrop Rental We have hundreds of backdrops painted with well known plays in mind. All, with our ability to ship directly to your door. Scenic Drapery We have a wide selection of rental draperies made out of velour and other specialty fabrics. Some of the draperies are available in large sizes up 32’ tall. Custom Drapery Made To Order. Let our sewing shop make draperies to your specifications for new installation or replacement of worn out existing draperies Velour’s, Scrims, Bounce drops and Cycs, whatever your needs may be. Easy Armor & Easy Ornament Our light weight vacuum formed plastic for Stage and Film sold in an unfinished state for you to adapt for your specific production.
