At TSHC 2025, we're excited to hear Ronald Goodrich deliver his inspirational message "Safety is a Tool for Life". A snippet of Ronald's bio: Managing the Boiler Department at McClure Company for the past 36 years, Ronald Goodrich has supervised the installation, repair and maintenance of large commercial/industrial boiler-burner systems. Ronald's career began 51 years ago as a field technician with Honeywell Inc. Since that time, he has strived to give back to the community by teaching Boiler Services at Local #520 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Apprenticeship program which includes the OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and Built Rite Safety classes. Ronald taught in the apprenticeship program for 27 years. Early in his career, Ronald was injured and almost lost his life. After surviving that devastating accident, Ronald saw how it affected every aspect of his life. At that point, Ronald decided to talk about his injury and let the world know the importance of safety: following all of the rules and taking no shortcuts.
