In honor of Dr. David Millhorn's profound legacy, we are proud to announce the dedication of Millhorn Landing at UT Research Park. This serene green space, overlooking the river and historic Cherokee land, serves as a place for mindfulness and reflection—a fitting tribute to a man whose vision shaped the future of research and innovation at UT. We thank the UT Institute for Advanced Materials and Manufacturing for allowing the hosting space. Dr. Millhorn’s leadership not only advanced UT's research partnerships, particularly with Oak Ridge National Laboratory, but also laid the foundation for the creation of the Cherokee Farm Innovation Campus. Now, Millhorn Landing provides a peaceful setting to contemplate the remarkable impact he made. We invite you to visit this special space and take a moment to reflect on the legacy of one of UT’s most transformative leaders.
