Meet James Landrum, TNC Community's Champion Award Honoree ?????? James Landrum, MSW's nearly two decades of leadership at TNC Community exemplifies the impact of vision and perseverance. Joining TNC Community in 2001 during a time of critical challenges, James was instrumental in transforming the organization, ensuring it maintained its partnership with the Department of Mental Health and transitioning from a congregate care model to neighborhood-based group homes. His focus on excellence built foundational community relationships and earned TNC Community the highest level of CARF accreditation. TNC Community’s progress and success are a testament to James’ dedication to inclusion and high-quality care.
