    tms' very own "Frozen Four" are embarking on an Arctic challenge of a lifetime in support of the National Literacy Trust! ?? In January 2025, Alice Hardcastle, Gemma Dunn, Giulia Forster, and Aquila Haq from tms' UK Happy Meal team will dive deep into the Arctic circle to take part in the ultimate test of endurance and team work: a 35km dog sled race, 25km cross country ski, ice fishing, and orienteering in the arctic wilderness. The National Literacy Trust helps disadvantaged children in the UK escape the cycle of poverty and low literacy. Since 2013, the organization has partnered with McDonald's Happy Meal Readers campaign, an initiative managed by tms which strives to increase book ownership and make reading fun for children. ??     Since 2022, tms has been a proud corporate sponsor of the School of Communication Arts 2.0 (SCA). ? Based in London, SCA is a portfolio school which serves a diverse range of students and helps them achieve their goals as creative marketing professionals. Through visits to our London office, student mentorship, and more, the program strives to make industry opportunities accessible for everyone. In order for the school to continue their mission, industry-funded assistance and agency support are critical.     Will you help save the School of Communication Arts? It’s a bittersweet start to the school year at SCA. Our new cohort is as talented as ever—bonding well, showing incredible promise, and reminding me why this is the best portfolio school in the world. I’m confident we’ll soon send another group of exceptional graduates into the industry. But with four fewer agencies able to support us this year, our finances are wobbling. If the industry doesn’t rally, this could be our final year offering scholarships and bursaries. We are the last portfolio school in the country, and without support, it’s not just us who lose—it’s the whole industry. Our website celebrates the sponsors who’ve kept us alive for 15 years. These companies have funded over 100 scholarships, helping us change hundreds of lives. Their generosity is why our alumni over-index as winners at D&AD, British Arrows, and other awards. We are the last pipeline of top talent, and the industry can’t afford to lose it. Our guiding star is RECIPROCITY—everyone gains by doing good together. Here’s what sponsorship provides: ? Exclusive access to our students during school and for six months after graduation. ? Year-round engagement through live briefs, feedback, and student development tracking. ?
