Our team took an exciting site visit to the almost-complete Block E building and our brand new office at?McEwen Northside last week! We are so proud of this project, which highlights a new type of work environment in the suburbs. ?? Block E is the tallest in the complex at nine stories, featuring ground-floor retail and amenities and a parking garage with a connector bridge on the second level. The building features stunning finishes, including a preserved green wall in the lobby, concrete decorative tiles, and intentional lighting for ambiance. TMP’s new office will be located on the fourth floor. We can’t wait for this new chapter in a space for us, designed by us. The ongoing renovation at Brentwood City Hall recently reached a milestone with the completion of the communal gathering area for employees. An exciting focal point is the 40-foot custom timeline wall, connecting Brentwood’s past, present, and future. ? ? By showcasing city history dating back to 1825, the timeline emphasizes important events from before Brentwood was even officially incorporated in 1969. The wall was designed to unite the gathering space, kitchen, and conference space, and TMP worked directly with city hall employees to create the final product, making sure it was something they could be proud of. ? ? The Town of Smyrna's Fire Station 4 is now open and serving our community! We were excited to join local officials to commemorate the ribbon cutting of the more than 14,000-square-foot, two-bay facility. The station includes private bunk rooms, a kitchen and dining area, a training room, and additional support spaces. TMP served as the architect for the project. We're honored to deliver this first-class facility for our first responders. #BuildingWithPurpose

TMP has been working at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital for years, leading the design of two facility master plans. ??? ? Recent projects include a kitchen and dining renovation, tower expansion, inpatient rehabilitation unit, emergency department and surgery expansion, and lobby expansion. Users were always top of mind during design, whether it was a place where people could gather over a meal or a more streamlined space for staff to efficiently care for patients. ? ? The Hyatt-Spivey Center at Motlow State Community College in Smyrna, Tennessee, more than doubled the square footage of classroom, lab, and student services spaces on the community college campus. ? ?
