Happy #WorldMentalHealthDay! ?? This year’s World Mental Health Day theme, Mental Health at Work, reminds us about the importance of creating a supportive and thriving workplace. Through our comprehensive wellness program, THE GOOD LIFE, we actively prioritize our employees’ health and well-being in all forms. We’re excited to reflect on last week’s Healthy Picnic at our Bala Cynwyd office, where we celebrated with raffle prizes, giveaways, and vital health resources, including flu shots, biometric screenings, and wellness vendors. We’re committed to providing opportunities and resources for our employees to access from both the comfort of their homes and their office spaces!

In celebration of Customer Service Week and this year’s inspiring theme, Above and Beyond, we treated our Bala Cynwyd employees to some classic Philly favorites—cheesesteaks and hoagies! Our employees were encouraged to wear their favorite Philly sports gear for the occasion. ? This is just one of the many ways we’re expressing our gratitude for our employees' hard work and dedication throughout the week, as they consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service every day. ?? ? During our recent 2024 Healthy Week activities, we joined hands with Philadelphia Insurance Companies at our Bala Cynwyd office for a meaningful volunteer event with Rise Against Hunger. TMNAS and PHLY employees packed 15,000 meals for communities in need, helping to bring hope and nourishment to communities across the globe!?We have been supporting this incredible cause for many years and our employees always look forward to it!?

We were proud to join our sister company Philadelphia Insurance Companies in fundraising for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in the weeks leading up to the 22nd annual Parkway Run & Walk. Each year, this event raises essential funds to support pediatric cancer research. This past weekend, TMNAS employees participated in the 5K run and 2K walk alongside #TEAMPHLY, helping to make a meaningful impact in the fight against pediatric cancer. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring event and to support the incredible work CHOP does for children and families.

We’re proud to support Unite for HER as our October Charity of the Month! Their mission is to enrich the health and well-being of those diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancers by funding and delivering integrative therapies. In 2009, Sue Weldon founded Unite for HER to Help Empower and Restore others diagnosed with breast cancer in the Philadelphia region. Since then, the organization has expanded its reach to provide services, support, and education to those affected by breast and ovarian cancers across the nation. We’re thrilled to stand with them in their mission this month! ??

That's a wrap on another successful Healthy Picnic & Wellness Fair! We joined forces with Philadelphia Insurance Companies to create a day focused on employee well-being. Employees enjoyed a variety of healthy lunch options, the chance to connect with many health and wellness vendors, and an exciting raffle with all proceeds going to Unite for HER. September was busy for our Tokio Marine Global Management Associate Program (MAP) Class 4! Their onboarding kicked off with a four-day camping and kayaking adventure along the Susquehanna River, near Harrisburg, PA. This outdoor experience is meant to foster team building and self-awareness. ??♂? Part two of their orientation featured a week of intensive learning, including presentations from various Tokio Marine?Group companies and executives. Now fully?onboarded and “orientated,” Class 4 has officially started their MAP journey!??? hashtag #ICYMI: TMNAS recruits for and administrates MAP on behalf of Tokio Marine Holdings. Kudos to our TMNAS team for successfully leading another two-week MAP orientation!
