The TMNAS Enterprise Risk Management team recently organized a Risk Awareness Month celebration for the Tokio Marine North America companies. This year’s theme, Risk Culture and Corporate Culture: Stronger Together, emphasized the collective strength of our shared values.? ? Employees from TMNAS, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Tokio Marine America, and First Insurance Company of Hawaii learned ways to adopt a risk mindset through weekly communications, surveys, and games. The highlight was a hybrid training session on key terms and governance, the relationship between risk and corporate culture, and integrating risk values, attitudes, and behaviors into daily activities. ?? This initiative strengthens our ability to achieve strategic goals, protect our reputation, and enhance performance by aligning risk and corporate culture. The lessons and conversations will continue to inspire and guide us in the future. ??
