Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole, known as the “People’s Prince,” was a dedicated advocate for Native Hawaiian rights and played a key role in passing the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1921, which provided land for Native Hawaiians. His legacy continues to shape Hawaii today, making March 26 a day of reflection and celebration. In observance of Prince Kūhiō Day, Hawaii Circuit Courts, Bankruptcy Court, and TMLF Hawaii office will be closed on Tuesday, March 26. All other TMLF offices will remain open, and our Hawaii contact mailbox will be actively monitored by our mainland locations to ensure continued support for our clients. Amy brings extensive experience in real estate, mortgage law, and foreclosure litigation, making her a fantastic addition to our team. Previously, she served as In-House Counsel and Foreclosure Manager at ISN Corporation, where she provided legal guidance, managed foreclosure processes, and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations. Her ability to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risk has made a meaningful impact throughout her career. Beyond foreclosure law, Amy has a strong background in civil litigation, estate planning, and probate matters. She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma and Missouri and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, along with an International Law Certificate.
