The TMA Minnesota Chapter's Network of Women (NOW) committee is hosting a Charcuterie Workshop on Thursday, April 17th at Winthrop & Weinstine at 4pm. All professionals are welcome to attend this networking event. Laura from?Fig & Ivy Charcuterie?will provide step-by-step guidance in the arrangement of a wonderful artisan board, and you’ll be able to take it home to enjoy. Registration fee includes a 10” round board that serves 2-3 people, ingredients (artisan cheeses, charcuterie meats, seasonal produce, honey/jam, etc.) a shopping list and how-to notes from the class and a few beverages!
