TM2 Executive Search was established by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, to address a growing need for highly prepared and motivated diverse leaders. We achieve this by leveraging our combined experience in public and private sectors to partner with nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions, to build diverse capacity and highly effective leaders through talent acquisition, development, coaching and mentoring. The organization was founded as a result of concerns, voiced by HBCU Boards and institutional leadership, regarding the quality of talent management supporting the unique needs of institutions with ethnically diverse campuses.
