Mission Mission Statement TLT- Tomorrows Leaders Today, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leaders through education, collaboration and mentorships with community & business leaders for the collective benefit of the community. TLT-Tomorrows Leaders Today (TLT) was founded in 2019. Based on current data provided by zipdatamaps and the free and reduced lunch program Texas data, we served 972 individuals, 515 from the lowest income areas, deemed the poorest in the DFW, Austin and Houston areas, in one of our online, in-person and/or remote programs in 2023. This results in 52.98% of our participants coming from low-income communities. Including moderate income zip codes, TLT is at 59.26%. TLT Online Learning Library was created to provide free online courses and has reached 169 zip codes as of December 2023, providing real-life skills, soft-skills, financial literacy, higher education and career readiness videos, presentations and surveys. The TLT Leading Leaders Intern Program was established in 2020. We are working with 54 colleges/universities, and numerous high schools that have allowed TLT to advertise our 18 internship positions through their career tool Handshake or College Network Central. We have served 398 interns as of June 2024. This experience is earning participants real life work experience and, in many cases, educational academic course credit. Current positions include: Accounting/Business Services, Campus Liaison, Cyber Security, Data Research, Development, Digital Marketing, GIS Basics, Graphic Design, Grant Writing, Human Resource, Impact Management, Instructional Design/E-Learning, Marketing, Operations: Policies & Procedures, Program Coordination, Project Management, Social Media, Social Entrepreneur Project, Website Development, and Video Production. These are all remote positions which makes this opportunity accessible to all across Texas. We continue to add additional positions. Donations will help to provide

Are you a high school senior or graduate with lived experience in foster care, looking to continue your education?? Whether the goal is a 4 year college degree, or vocational trade program, ISF partners with students?to assist them in their educational journey.? ISF supports its students through scholarships, mentoring programs, and leadership development.? ?ISF students are armed with the support to rise above the challenges to make higher education a reality.? SF Students: Can demonstrate that they were orphaned or in foster care and are not currently adopted or supported by a parent or legal guardian. Are of strong moral character and are willing to learn. Are planning or applying to be a full time undergraduate student for the next school year. Have and are able to maintain a GPA of 2.5 or greater. Are 23 years of age or less on April 30th of the year of application. Have submitted the FAFSA application (if eligible) Are willing to commit a mentoring program of twice monthly phone conversations with assigned ISF mentor. Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and leadership development.
