Our 5-Year Consolidated Plan outlines how we will address key priorities identified by #Toledo residents, including housing, homelessness services, economic development, public infrastructure, and community programs. Each year, we receive funding through the Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, and HOME Investment Partnerships Program to support housing preservation, homelessness prevention, and community development. Quality HMIS data helps us to understand the scope of homelessness, inform resource allocation, measure the effectiveness of programs, and ultimately, develop and implement strategies to end homelessness. The HMIS Administrator will, amongst other things, help us build out our data training program.
