Es mejor iluminar que brillar. ?Quién ilumina más en la noche? ?Una estrella o un fósforo? El fósforo, siempre que esté cerca. Los líderes son quienes iluminan desde la cercanía, no solo marcando el camino, sino estando ahí, acompa?ando. Hace unos días nos juntamos todo el equipo de Tintte en Córdoba. Por segunda vez desde que arrancamos este sue?o, estuvimos todos en un mismo lugar. Fueron días de mirar para atrás y para adelante: ?? ?Qué hicimos bien? ?? ?Dónde la pifiamos? ?? ?Qué queremos para 2025? Cerramos la semana en las sierras, entregando los Tintte Awards, riéndonos, relajando, y compartiendo aprendizajes. En Tintte no trabajamos para brillar. Trabajamos para iluminar. Y esta semana fue una celebración de eso: de estar cerca, de acompa?arnos, y de seguir construyendo algo más grande juntos. Leaders are those who shine from proximity, not just marking the path but being there to support others. A few days ago, the entire Tintte team gathered in Córdoba. For the second time since we started this dream, we were all in the same place. It was a time to reflect on both the past and the future: ?? What did we do well? ?? In what areas did we fall short? ?? What do we want for 2025? We wrapped up the week in the mountains by presenting the Tintte Awards, laughing, relaxing, and sharing our learnings. At Tintte, we don’t work to shine; we work to create a brighter future. This week was a celebration of that: being close, supporting each other, and continuing to build something greater together. I am very grateful to Micaela Clubourg for giving me this opportunity to share my insights on topics that I am deeply passionate about, such as?#biodesign?and?#biotechnology. It is inspiring to convey ideas to young people and encourage them to explore new possibilities around #sustainability and its impact on our industry.
