Our project management, safety, and field crews all collaborate to build your job, on time, and on budget, and to make sure everyone goes home safely each night. Our leadership team includes renewables professionals with extensive wind & solar expertise; and oil & gas professionals strategically placed around the Permian and Eagle Ford basins. Together, we make up a full-service shop, proficient with Civil Construction, Facility Construction, Pipeline Construction, Electrical, and Roustabout. Diversity gives Tindol Construction an advantage against our competition. Our diversity makes “one call” shopping a convenience for our clients. As new divisions are born within the company, our leadership team finds the best and brightest personnel to oversee the building of the division. Our current division leaders have years of combined experience in their respective fields. Tindol’s Mission: Our goal is to be a long term partner with our oil & gas customers by consistently providing a professional service as an extension of our clients business. Additionally, it is to be the go-to "preferred" civil site construction partner to EPC's and plant owners. We believe that when Tindol Construction is hired for a project, the client is asking us to perform as an extension of their own company. Professional, safe, efficient, ethical, seamless execution of the project is Tindol’s main objective. Our job is to execute the project in a way that gives our customer confidence that their project is being carried out exactly as they would do it themselves.
