The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a proven vendor network, and a track record of successfully placing candidates. Key Responsibilities: Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and tier-1 vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients. Proactively seek new business opportunities to place bench candidates. Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with vendors. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure candidates are well-prepared for client interviews. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in bench sales recruiting. Strong existing vendor relationships and an extensive vendor list.
