Seattle-based Temporal has raised $146M in funding The funding will be used specifically for leveraging AI and building microservices to support newer areas like agentic AI. The funding round was led by Tiger Global with participation from previous backers that include Index Ventures (who led the Series B) and Sequoia Capital (who led the Series A ). Founded by Samar Abbas and Maxim Fateev, Temporal Technologies Technologies was started after the founders worked together at Uber, where they jointly developed Cadence, Uber’s open source orchestration engine designed to route requests and mediate interactions between different microservices. #funding #cadence
