Crafting a Digital Sanctuary for Poetry We're thrilled to share our latest website completion for LGHertzPoetry.com We turned their previously dated website into a digital sanctuary for poetry lovers. This site presented some unique challenges: ?? Precision line breaks using non-breaking character spaces to prevent ragged edges in the text, ?? Complex post ordering. ?? A print-style table of contents that included moving the articles "A", "An", and "The" to the end of the title before alphabetizing the list. Our team at Tempora delivered a beautiful and functional WordPress site with the help of WordPress, GeneratePress blocks, Custom code, and some necessary but manual tasks. It's Carol Brouwer's birthday, and we're celebrating here at Tempora with a new website! As developers, rebuilding our site is generally painful, slow, and at the bottom of the to-do list. No more! This is the fastest we've ever built a site for ourselves. It took less than three weeks and no more than 40 hours of actual work time - most of which was spent looking for stock photography (kidding/not kidding). If not for Gemini AI, OllieWP, and WordPress Full Site Editing, it wouldn't have happened. We'd still be sitting around saying we don't have time to do this.
