    There are bad apples that are forcing everyone back to the office. I break down one of the worst ones on YT... "Overemployment". Overemployment or being "overemployed" is a huge movement that started right after the pandemic. There are massive subreddits about it: https://lnkd.in/eWAHZWZR However, when I talk to business owners that are forcing everyone back to the office this is one of the reasons they give in private. "I have no idea if they're working for me or somebody else!" In my research with Time Doctor I've found that's maybe 1-2% of the overall workforce but it's still the number 1 driver for people returning to the office when I talk to VP or director level people. I break it down in the video but essentially I think if you're doing this there are some points I'll leave with you. 1. You will get found out, you might as well just be honest with your employer at the beginning. 2. There are active cases and precedents on this happening right now, it's a huge security issue. 3. I would suggest you negotiate a better way to work, maybe focus on an outcome rather than hours worked and take that risk on yourself and your ability to produce the outcome the employer is looking for.
