This cutting-edge facility was meticulously planned to provide the police force with a work environment that prioritizes efficiency, security, and the overall well-being of its occupants. The primary structure showcases heavy timber columns, glulam beams, and cross-laminated timber decking, offering not only structural durability but also a visually striking aesthetic. Our new addition to the north, named the HDR Pavilion, is now open for our first week of classes. With only a few items left to be completed, our students and faculty are thoroughly enjoying this long-awaited space. A huge thank you to HDR, Boston’s NADAAA Inc., The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Sand Creek Post & Beam by Timberlyne and all the various trades that worked to make this new building a reality.
