Now, as part of the TIM team, Brianna focuses on standardizing care within communities and ensuring that residents have the supplies they need to improve their quality of life. Beyond her professional work, Brianna shares her compassion in another special way—through her loving therapy Goldendoodle, who, at six years old, still finds joy in bringing comfort and smiles to senior communities. Her commitment to well-being extends to her personal life as well, where she prioritizes healthy food, fitness, and an active lifestyle. When she’s not making a difference in senior living, you’ll find Brianna traveling, hiking, and cherishing time with family and friends. Whether she's exploring new places or ensuring seniors receive the best care possible, Brianna’s dedication to improving lives is at the heart of everything she does.

Meet Suzanne Cotter with TIM. As an Account Executive on our Onboarding Team, Suzanne plays a significant and often challenging role in helping communities seamlessly #launch and easily #implement the TIM program. She works closely with each community to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process, focusing on delivering proven results that drive better care for residents and measurable financial success. With a passion for making a difference, Suzanne is committed to creating meaningful, lasting impacts in senior living. Originally from Kentucky, Suzanne now calls the Florida Panhandle home. Her heart for caring for others has shaped her career, spanning across all levels of senior living—from skilled nursing to independent living. No matter the setting, her focus has always been on enhancing the lives of residents and their families, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support. Outside of work, Suzanne is an adventurer at heart. She loves traveling, exploring national parks, hiking, and soaking up the sun at the beach with her fiancé and friends. Whether she’s discovering a new trail or helping a community implement meaningful change, Suzanne brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a deep commitment to making a difference.

Meet Chelsey Chambless with TIM. Chelsey is the highly organized mastermind behind data-driven insights, ensuring our partners receive detailed, actionable reports each week. With a a passion for continuous improvement, she is dedicated to making processes more efficient and ensuring our #customer base gets the best experience possible—because, without them, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Chelsey is always thinking a step ahead to create solutions that benefit the entire team. Whether it’s optimizing workflows, analyzing trends, or tackling a new project, she brings energy, precision, and a playful team oriented mindset to everything she does. Outside of work, Chelsey is a proud mom to two daughters (ages 1 and 10) and two fluffy feline companions—a Maine Coon and a Norwegian Forest Cat. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she played softball from childhood through her early twenties and now enjoys watching hockey (Go Blues!) and college football. Chelsey is also artistically inclined, with a natural talent for painting, and enjoys sharing her love of music with her oldest daughter—often with the volume cranked way too high. They even have a bucket list of concerts they’re excited to start checking off soon.

Assisted Living (AL) now incurs higher claim costs than Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). AL claims are now 14.4% higher than those in SNFs. The biggest driver of that? Falls. ?? Over 53% of AL claims stem from resident falls – significantly higher than in SNFs.??? The cost of these claims keeps rising, from $267K in 2021 to nearly $288K in 2024.??? This trend makes sense: AL is increasingly serving higher-acuity residents, but they often lack the clinical infrastructure and preventative protocols of SNFs. So, what’s the solution? If acuity is rising, prevention must rise to meet it. That means: ?? The right tools – proven fall-prevention products and pressure injury solutions.?? The right training – staff training in ALs needs to get better at preventing falls.?? The right focus – prioritizing clinical expertise. At TIM we help AL operators reduce the risk of falls, pressure injuries, and reduce care costs by preventing the problem before it starts.
