I was born and raised in Northern California. Following my college years, I enjoyed 20 years of working overseas. During that time, I was a husband, dad, non-profit leader, people developer and entrepreneur. I began to coach professionally while living abroad, developing a system and structure to support leaders in ever-changing environments. I've worked broadly in culturally diverse contexts. My experience overseas causes me to view life as both a calling and journey of discovery. I believe transition seasons are opportunities to discern, dream, discover, and design a creative path forward. I approach coaching as a strategic point on the map of one's journey, where coach and client work together in a creative partnership.
