CALLING ALL YOUNG INDUSTRY LEADERS - REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR TILT’S MENTORING PROGRAM! TCA’s TILT has opened YP Registration for the TILT Mentoring Program’s next session. The program is a leadership initiative focused on enhancing young professional growth and development to ensure the future strength and relevance of tilt-up in the building industry - this exclusive program pairs one YP with a Mentor who will become an immediate source of experience and knowledge. Mentors and YPs will meet on a self-directed schedule to discuss topics they feel are relevant and beneficial to growing their personal and professional lives. Program Commitment This program will be self-directed between the Mentor and YP and requires a minimum 6-month commitment with one scheduled?session per month. Meetings can be in person or via video chat. Preparation for monthly sessions is required. Young Professionals (YPs) This program is designed to enhance the careers of Young Professionals within the Tilt-Up industry. TCA membership is required. Candidates interested in applying should fill out the linked application form by September 10th, 2024. Formliner is being installed on this marquee project. This particular job is unique in that we selected a formliner capable of being fabricated so that not one seam should be noticed in these panels that will be stacked and erected in two towers to a height of 95’ above finished floor. #tiltup #tiltwallconstruction #concrete #formliner #acstilt
