Took Tilli back home ?? I think what many people don't know about our origin story is that Tilli started as my master's project back in 2020. I was very curious and passionate about how a learning intervention can help tackle the issue of child sexual assault and violence - something I had been working for around 5 years. This remains my why. My biggest highlight at the Stanford Accelerator for Learning was getting to share Tilli with such a terrific audience of education super-stars, teachers, school district leaders, and researchers. Most importantly to have 2 people who believed in me and Tilli since day 1 - Karin Forssell and Chris Bennett in the audience. Dan Carroll - thank you for making time (while on holiday!) to listen to my entire pitch and for all the super focused feedback and to Sunil Gunderia for giving us much-needed advice on product, storytelling, and measurement. We officially kicked off Tilli at the Hippocampus Learning Centres in Bangalore! Hippocampus is an innovative network of 17+ schools, serving over 9000 students through an outcomes-focused curriculum. ? We started with our carefully curated teacher skilling series covering a primer into social-emotional learning, child psychology fundamentals, well-being driven classroom management and much more practical teaching strategies. ? Over the next academic year, kids across Hippocampus Learning Centres will get access to Tilli's research-based, 36-week foundational skills program. ? Teachers will build and measure 8 foundational skills from Self-Awareness to Empathy through 36 play-based interventions.
