?? **Exciting News for Federal Contractors!** The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released new guidance for federal contractors looking to strengthen their compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA). The **VEVRAA Apprenticeship Program** highlights promising practices to enhance opportunities for veterans in apprenticeship roles and ensures compliance with VEVRAA requirements. Federal contractors are encouraged to use this program to recruit, hire, and retain veterans, particularly those with disabilities. By participating, organizations can improve their workforce diversity, support veterans' transition into civilian careers, and demonstrate their commitment to inclusivity.
