How does the world's first #HumanoidRobot perform tasks like a human? ?? At NVIDIA GTC, I had a chance to interact with #NEO, the world’s first humanoid robot powered by NVIDIA’s Isaac GR00T N1. What blew my mind was how NEO could high five, shake my hands, mimic my behavior and interact with me with a sense of humor, thanks to its unique dual-system architecture inspired by human cognition. NEO even vacuumed the floor on his own! ??? When I asked if I could take him home, he cleverly replied, “Yes, but not right now.” ?? His quick wit is just as impressive as his skills! Thanks to NVIDIA’s #Omniverse platform and the #IsaacGR00TN1 model, NEO and other robots like him are now able to execute tasks by learning from both real and synthetic data. Developers can fully customize and train these robots for specific tasks, making them versatile and adaptable in real-world scenarios. ?? One of my favorite events was the #PhysicalAI #Developer Meetup, where I got to meet some brilliant minds behind these innovations. To name a few Spencer Huang; Gavriel State; Edmar Mendizabal Chen Su. The energy and vision in that room were contagious, and I can't wait to see what’s next in the world of humanoid robotics. ?? I also hosted Rev Lebaredian on #CXOSpice where Rev explained how NVIDIA’s Omniverse is simulating the physical world to create AI systems that can operate safely in real-world environments. Rev discussed the role of synthetic data in developing physical AI, the convergence of physical and virtual worlds, and the exciting future of humanoid robots and other autonomous systems.
