Wij mochten alles opbouwen en aansluiten, tot aan de automatische in- en uitschakeling van de afzuiginstallatie. Deze machines maken het werken comfortabel en schoon. “Empowering local manufacturers to be globally competitive” is the mission for TigerStop, which is a great Made in the USA success story. TigerStop designs its own circuit boards, sources all its parts domestically and makes all of its products in Vancouver. It employs 51 people manufacturing automation equipment, specifically saw systems and positioning equipment. The second-generation family business includes owner Mary R. Dick and Vice President Nathaniel Dick, seen here after programming a 10-inch cut into a TigerStop machine. "We are an innovation-based business that utilizes a lean new product development process to continue delivering industry-leading technology to the markets we serve,” Nathaniel Dick said. “Living our mission of ‘empowering local manufacturers to be globally competitive,’ TigerStop has vertically integrated manufacturing in house while continuing to source all of our parts from domestic suppliers.” AWB visited Tigerstop on the first day of our cross-state Manufacturing Week bus tour.
