One of the unique parts of the CU Journey is reconnecting with employees after they've settled into their roles. About 6 months after getting hired, we get back together to spend a day re-immersing ourselves in TCCU's culture. What does this look like? A day of honest empowering discussion, learning what it means to be ALL IN, lunch (of course!) and a great volunteer experience at the St. Louis Area Foodbank. It's a great reminder of the #CUdifference and why we're a #GreatPlaceToWork ??

We were in Jefferson City with the Cornerstone League yesterday for #DATC25 talking to state representatives about credit union issues and the fraud that has been affecting a lot of our membership. We even got to sit in on a hearing about one of the fraud bills which passed committee vote. Great experience! #CUadvocacy #CUdifference

We want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible impact our staff has made in our communities last year. Thanks to their dedication and your continued support, we’ve been able to make a meaningful difference through volunteerism, donations, and partnerships with local organizations. Here are just a few highlights from this year’s efforts: ??? 941.5 hours volunteered: Across 80 different opportunities, our team came together to lend a helping hand to those who needed it most. ?? $8,640 raised through "Denim for Dollars": These funds were distributed to eight local organizations, helping to support a variety of important causes. ?? Generous donations to collection drives: Their contributions to our month-long CU Give campaign benefiting Welcome Home helped make the initiative a success. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to continue this tradition of service and invite you to follow along as our employees work to make even greater strides in our communities. What an incredible day of giving back! A week ago today, our amazing team came together for our annual CU Volunteer Day, serving Welcome Home and Coyote Hill in Columbia. At Tigers Community, we believe that when our community thrives, we all do. Our all-staff Volunteer Day is a testament to our commitment to making a positive impact where it matters most. From helping our neighbors to building lasting relationships, every moment spent volunteering strengthens our bond with the community we serve.
