The facility will support the continued roll out of Ease Comfort?, Granite’s residential infrastructure-as-a-service offering, which allows homeowners to replace their residential HVAC systems with no upfront cost in return for a long-term, monthly recurring revenue contract. Tiger Infrastructure Partners'?portfolio company?Forsa Energy is an independent flexible power generation platform that develops, builds, owns and operates a portfolio of distributed power facilities in the United Kingdom. Forsa deploys 20MW-50MW quick-start distributed power generation sites, which generate electricity when intermittent renewable generation such as wind energy does not generate sufficient power. Since Tiger Infrastructure’s initial investment in 2020, Forsa has expanded its operational asset base almost 4X, bringing the company’s operational portfolio to approximately 300 MW across 12 sites today. Congratulations to?Tiger Infrastructure Partners’?portfolio company?Voneus?for completing its wireless broadband build on Walney Island in a record 12-weeks. Voneus specializes in bringing high-speed connectivity to hard-to-reach communities and has built a Gigabit capable network to 4,700 total homes on Walney Island with this most recent project.
