Jeb brings with him a 30+ year career background in architecture, construction, and real estate development, not to mention his relentless entrepreneurial spirit. We exist because he wanted the cabin in his minds' eye that did not exist; modern, beautifully detailed, and robustly constructed to last in harsh environments.
Belinda lends her creativity to both the physical design elements of the Cabin, as well as the deal making it takes to start up and run the financial side of a small business. With a multi-faceted background in Design, Real Estate, HR, and Finance, she is our go-to business wiki. We like to say that Belinda has an honorary MBA, and Law Degree from the "school of life!" Those chops are earned, and critical to our success, but what she really loves is experiencing the delight of our customers when they see and experience our cabins for the first time.
Our cabins are certified to meet the International Building Code and Washington State Energy Code, bypassing lengthy onsite inspection processes. "We designed these pre-permitted cabins to address the inefficiencies and delays we've encountered in the building permitting process throughout our careers," explains Belinda.
