Tietoevry to sell its Tech Services business to funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP for EUR 300 million – strategic review of the business concluded “We are very pleased to have reached this agreement with Agilitas. Tietoevry Tech Services serves large Nordic enterprises and public sector customers with primarily an outsourcing business model focusing on cloud, data, applications and infrastructure.
