The event also aims to focus on the importance of adopting policies and building partnerships that heighten women’s and minority’s role and influence in the industry while bringing together the best minds in the industry to discuss issues facing our industry today.

"Real estate: debt or equity?" We had the pleasure of featuring a panel moderated by Ines Leung along with Jeffrey Cho, Niraj Agarwal, CFA and Tommy Brown. Ines led an insightful conversation exploring how credit fits into each of their strategies. The panellists also explored their views on infrastructure credit strategies introduced to the market along and how they compare to real estate credit. The impact of the Inflation Reduction Act, CHIPS & Science Act, and Infrastructure Investments & Jobs Act and how they've influenced real asset investments was also discussed.
