Upgrades included over 70 floor corings for plumbing, electrical, and Medgas, adding five exam rooms, a sterilization room, and three restrooms, including private and ADA options. Dr. Poppy Blasieo, a board-certified endodontist in Tennessee, is dedicated to excellent patient care and making dental work enjoyable by using advanced technology.

In this clip, Mike Cimorelli, President and Founder of TI Builders, discusses the current conditions of our retail project for Restaurant Depot in New Bedford, MA. We encountered a situation with an extensive 43,000 square feet of slab-on-grade, most of which was only four inches thick. Ideally, we prefer a solid six-inch slab, which the original building lacked. The existing floor was uneven with fill, debris, and significant cracking in several areas. Our final approach involved removing the slab-on-grade in sections. The completed project now features a ram board-type material, ensuring everything is covered and ready to turn over to the owner. We have had equipment, workers, and scissors lifts operating on the flooring without any problems. Additionally, we are painting the roof deck to enhance the facility's brightness.
