We did this project for the?USDA in?Carrollton, TX.?This building was originally built in the 1990’s and is home to administrative personnel and a complete laboratory used to test and monitor dairy products.?We completely remodeled all three stories, and built a new garage outbuilding. We also worked with the client?to?keep the rich?history alive by refurbishing the existing milk bottle sconces, vintage furniture, and we also brought in artwork and design elements to match.
