I am very excited to announce that I have officially launched my company, Rane. With this launch, I wanted to bring attention to the very real, astounding statistics regarding the mental health of students in high school and college. I have included data charts within this post to emphasize how necessary mental health improvement is. Rane was established in effort to help alleviate this issue and bring mental/physical health improvements to those ready for transformation. Rane exists to inspire and implement positive change in the lives of young women through personalized Mindset & Wellness Coaching (MWC). Our specialized approach is designed to help our clients elevate their lives from the inside out, and it all starts within the mind! By combining advanced concepts of Neuroscience with proven methods of Professional Coaching, we are determined to make notable impacts on each and every one of our client's lives! We are motivated to implement positive change through our Certified Coaching services, as well as our Positive Movement Apparel! Most of our branding is centered around our "Kind Mind" mission which aims to promote kindness within ones-self, and to those around them. Portions of the proceeds from our high-quality, stylish, and comfortable apparel are used to fund a young woman’s first Mindset & Wellness Coaching Session!
